National Archives - 700 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW between 7th and 9th streets N.W., with entrances on Pennsylvania and Constitution Avenues.  By Metro, take Metrorail's Yellow or Green lines to the Archives/Navy Memorial station. The Archives/Navy Memorial stop is across Pennsylvania Avenue from the Archives building.  See the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. National Building Museum - 401 F Street, N.W., between 4th and 5th streets. Wheelchair access at 4th and G streets.  By Metro, take the Judiciary Square stop, from which the Museum will be across the street. Museum Hours: Monday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5 p.m., Sunday 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. National Postal Museum - 2 Massachusetts Avenue, N.E. in the Washington City Post Office Building on Capitol Hill (next to Union Station). By Metro, Take the Red Line to Union Station. Leave through the Massachusetts Avenue exit. As you get off the escalator, the National Postal Museum will be across the street. National Gallery Of Art - 6th & Constitution Avenue, N.W. on the National Mall. The Gallery is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  The Gallery is closed on December 25th and January 1st. The nearest Metro stops are Judiciary Square on the Red Line, Archives on the Yellow/Green Lines, and Smithsonian on the Blue/Orange Lines. Smithsonian Institution - Admission to 14 Smithsonian museums and the National Zoo in Washington, D.C., is free. Admission to the National Museum of the American Indian in New York is free. An admission fee is required at the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum in New York (National Design Museum and Smithsonian Institution members and children under age 12 are admitted free. Free public admission is offered on Tuesdays.). Leave the station via the Q Street exit. Walk north on Connecticut Avenue. At the intersection of Connecticut Avenue, Florida Avenue and S Street, cross Florida Avenue and go left. Take immediate right onto S Street. Continue walking up S Street 2 long blocks to The Textile Museum on the left. The museum is closed Federal holidays, and December 24th. Washington Dolls’ House and Toy Museum - 5236 44th Street, N.W. in Friendship Heights.  By Metro, take the Friendship heights stop on the red line.
